To ensure that your manuscript can be processed for evaluation, please upload the following documents completely and in the designated fields.
1. Manuscript File
Prepare your manuscript using the journal’s current ARTICLE TEMPLATE and upload it to the submission system.
- The file must be in .doc or .docx format.
- The manuscript file must not contain author names, affiliations, e-mail addresses, ORCID identifiers, or any other information that may reveal the authors’ identities.
- The file must be anonymised in accordance with the double-blind peer-review process.
- Figures, tables, graphs, and images must be inserted in the appropriate places within the manuscript.
- Figures and tables do not need to be uploaded separately.
2. Cover Page
Download and complete the provided Author Information Cover Page and upload it to the “Title Page” field.
3. Ethics Committee Approval Document
If ethics committee approval is required for the study, the relevant document must be uploaded to the “Ethics Committee Approval Document” field.
- No document is required for studies that do not require ethics committee approval.
- The name of the approving institution, decision date, and decision number must also be stated in the method section of the manuscript.
- The document may be uploaded in PDF or image format.
4. Copyright Transfer Form
The completed and signed Copyright Transfer Form must be uploaded to the “Figures and Tables” field in the submission system.
- The form must be approved by all authors.
- For manuscripts with multiple authors, the corresponding author must confirm that all authors have reviewed and approved the submission.
- The evaluation process will not begin until the Copyright Transfer Form has been uploaded.
Important: The “Figures and Tables” field must be used only to upload the Copyright Transfer Form. Figures, tables, graphs, and images used in the manuscript must be inserted directly into the manuscript file and must not be uploaded separately.
Before completing the submission, please ensure that all documents have been uploaded to the correct fields and can be opened successfully.
