Özet
Araştırma ile okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin okul iklimi hakkındaki görüşleri incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Zonguldak ilindeki kamu ve özel anaokulları ile faklı okul türlerinin anasınıflarında görev yapmakta olan okul öncesi öğretmenleri ile görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak 15 sorudan oluşan görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan okul öncesi öğretmenleri okul ikliminin oluşmasında rol oynayan etmenlere ilişkin görüşlerini, olumlu okul ikliminin oluşturulmasına ilişkin görüşlerini ve okullarındaki mevcut okul ikliminin özelliklerine dair görüşlerini belirtmişlerdir. Araştırma sonucuna göre okul iklimini oluşturan etkenlerle ilgili olarak öğretmenlerin büyük çoğunluğunun öncelikli olarak yönetici tutumları ve çalışanlar arası etkileşim olduğu yönünde görüş birliğine vardıkları görülmüştür. Benzer şekilde olumlu okul ikliminin oluşturulması için gerekenler konusunda araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin büyük çoğunluğunun iletişim, etkili liderlik ve yönetim, işbirliği, fiziki koşullar olduğu yönünde fikir birliğine vardıkları görülmüştür.

Abstract
With the research, it was tried to examine the views of preschool teachers about the school climate. Interviews were conducted with preschool teachers working in public and private independent kindergartens and kindergartens of different school types in Zonguldak. An interview form consisting of 15 questions was used as a data collection tool. The preschool teachers who participated in the research expressed their views on the factors that play a role in the formation of the school climate, their views on the creation of a positive school climate, and their views on the characteristics of the current school climate in their schools. According to the results of the research, it was seen that the majority of the teachers agreed on the factors that constitute the school climate, primarily the attitudes of the administrators and the interaction between the employees. Similarly, it was seen that the majority of the teachers participating in the research on the requirements for creating a positive school climate agreed on communication, effective leadership and management, cooperation, and physical conditions.
