Özet
Geçmişte ve var olan bilgi kaynaklarından elde edilen bilgiler, çeşitli bilimsel yöntemlerle yeni bilgilerin ortaya çıkmasını sağlamaktadır. Üretilen bilgiyi belli bir düzene, sisteme ve ilkeye göre sunmak ise etikle ilişkilidir. Her alanda olduğu gibi özel eğitim alanında da etik konusu birçok açıdan önem arz etmektedir. Özel eğitim alanında eğitmenlerin veya öğretmenlerin ilgilendiği bireylerin özellikleri dikkate alındığında özel eğitim programında etiğin daha önemli olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada da etiğin özel eğitim programına entegre edilmesi, mevcut araştırma sonuçları da dikkate alınarak açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Sistematik literatür taramaya dayanan çalışmada, etik eğitiminin öğretmen eğitimi programına entegre edilmesine yönelik bir plan sunmayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada etiğin öğretmen eğitimine entegre edilmesinin gerekçeleri, etiğin öğretmen eğitimine entegre edilmesinin önündeki engeller ve etiğin öğretmen eğitimine entegre edilmesinin amaç ve sonuçları genel hatlarıyla belirtilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışmada, etiğin öğretmen eğitimi müfredatına entegre edilmesinin yararları ve pedagojik stratejileri ele alınmıştır. Sonuç olarak çalışmada özel eğitim programında etiğin önemli olduğu ve bunun programa entegre edilmesi gerektiği belirtilmiştir.

Abstract
Information obtained from past and existing information sources enables the emergence of new information through various scientific methods. Presenting the information produced according to a certain order, system and principle is related to ethics. Ethics is important in the field of special education, as in every field. Considering the characteristics of the individuals that instructors or teachers deal with in the field of special education, it is understood that ethics is more important in the special education program. In this study, the integration of ethics into the special education program was tried to be explained by taking into account the existing research results. The study, based on systematic literature review, aims to present a plan for integrating ethics education into the teacher education program. In the study, the reasons for integrating ethics into teacher education, the obstacles to integrating ethics into teacher education, and the aims and results of integrating ethics into teacher education are stated in general terms. Moreover the study explains/discussed the benefits and pedagogical strategies of integrating ethics into the teacher education curriculum. As a result, it was stated in the study that ethics is important in the special education program. and that this should be integrated into the program.
