Özet
Tarih kimine göre bir mezarlık kimine göre ise geleceğin inşası için formüllerin saklı olduğu bir alandır. Enderun Mektebi birçok düşünürün takdirini kazanmış ve Osmanlı’nın güçlü bir devlet olmasında büyük katkılar sağlamıştır. Hatta farklı ülkelerden birçok araştırmacı bu mektep üzerinde çalışmalar yapmıştır. Bugün dünyada kişiye özgü uygulamalı eğitimden bahsedip dönüp maziye bakıldığında ilk akla gelen Enderun Mektebi’dir. Enderun Mektebi’nin eğitim yönü araştırmacıların dikkatini çekse de siyasi yönü gözden kaçmaktadır. Bu çalışma Enderun Mektebi’nin siyasi yönünü araştırmaya yönelerek Türk yönetim sistemine bu bağlamda bir katkı sunmayı amaçlamaktadır. Günümüzde devşirme sistemleri yönetimler için uygulanabilir bir şey olmasa da “zeki insanların kabiliyetlerine göre seçilip tasniflenerek eğitime tabi tutulması” ve “bu seçilmiş dâhilerin yönetim kademelerinde olan biteni (siyaseti) uygulamaları ile görerek kendisini yetiştirip ülkenin yönetim gücünü artırması” imkan dahilindedir. Bu bağlamda öncelikle Enderun Mektebi’nin siyasetle ilişkili olan yönlerini açığa çıkarmak için literatür taraması yapılmış ve ulaşılan kaynaklar incelenerek mektebin siyasete temas ettiğini gösteren veriler ayrıştırılmıştır. Ardından bu veriler konu konu tasniflenerek Enderun Mektebi’nin siyasi yönü on ayrı maddede/konuda değerlendirilerek toparlanmıştır. Dolayısıyla Enderun Mektebi’nin sadece bir eğitim kurumu olmadığı ve bunun ötesinde ülkeye siyasi yönden de avantajlar sağlayan bir kurum olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
History is a cemetery for some, and a field where formulas for the construction of the future are hidden for others. Enderun school gained the appreciation of many thinkers and made great contributions to the Ottoman Empire becoming a strong state. In fact, many researchers from different countries have worked on this school. Today, when we talk about personalized applied education and look back on the past, the first thing that comes to mind is Enderun School. Although the educational aspect of the Enderun school attracts the attention of researchers, its political aspect is overlooked. This study aims to make a contribution to the Turkish administrative system in this context by focusing on the political aspect of Enderun School. Today, devshirme systems are not applicable for administrations. However, it is possible to “select and classify intelligent people according to their abilities and train them”. However, it is possible that “these selected geniuses learn by seeing the application and increase the administrative power of the country by educating themselves”. In this context, first of all, a literature review was conducted to reveal the political aspects of Enderun School. In addition, the sources reached were examined and the data showing that the school was in contact with politics were separated. Then, these data were classified according to the subjects and the political aspect of Enderun School was examined under ten different titles. Therefore, it has been concluded that Enderun School is not only an educational institution, but also an institution that provides political advantages to the country
