Özet
Eğitimin ilk basamağını oluşturan okul öncesi eğitim yaşamının ilk basamağıdır ve bu basamakların doğru bir şekilde çıkılması gerekir.Bu dönem, araştırmacılar için çocuğun yüksek öğrenme potansiyeline sahip olduğu bir dönem olarak görülmektedir. Uygun fiziksel ve sosyal çevre koşullarında ve sağlıklı etkileşim ortamında yetişen çocuklar, daha hızlı ve başarılı bir gelişim gösterirler. Çocuğun doğduğu günden temel eğitime başladığı güne kadar geçen yılları kapsayan ve çocukların daha sonraki yaşamlarında önemli rol oynayan;bedensel, psikomotor,sosyal-duygusal,zihin ve dil gelişimlerinin büyük ölçüde tamamlandığı,kişiliğin şekillendiği ve çocuğun devamlı olarak değiştiği bir süreçtir.Bu nedenle,çocuğun küçük yaşlarda sağlıklı bir ortamda gelişimini sürdürmesi önem kazanmaktadır.Erken çocukluk dönemindeki gelişmelerle, okul öncesi eğitim artık anne babanın yalnız başına başarabileceği bir konu olmaktan çıkmış durumdadır.Okul öncesi eğitimin bu derece önemli olmasının yanında bu eğitimi veren eğitimcilerimizinde bir takım sorunları bulunmaktadır.Bu çalışmada okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin karşılaştıkları sorunlar ve çözüm önerileri ölçülmeye çalışılmıştır.Bu amaçla görüşme yöntemi ile Çanakkale ilinde görev yapan okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin görüşleri alınmıştır.Bu çalışmanın amacı okulöncesi eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin karşılaştıkları sorunları ve çözüm önerilerini ortaya koymaktır.Bu araştırmada Çanakkale ilinde görev yapan okulöncesi öğretmenlerinin görüşlerini kapsamaktadır.Araştırmada veriler, araştırmacı tarafından ilgili alanyazın ışığında geliştirilen görüşme formu ile toplanmıştır.Hazırlanan forma uygun olarak Çanakkale ilindeki Okul Öncesi Eğitim Kurumları’ndaki öğretmenlerle görüşmeler yapılmıştır.Araştırmanın sonuçları,araştırmanın alt problemlerine gore belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
Preschool education, which constitutes the first step of education, is the first step of life and these steps must be climbed correctly. This period is seen as a period in which the child has a high learning potential for researchers. Children who grow up in appropriate physical and social environmental conditions and in a healthy interaction environment show a faster and more successful development. It is a process in which the child's physical, psychomotor, social-emotional, mental and language developments are completed to a large extent, the personality is shaped and the child constantly changes, covering the years from the day the child is born to the day he/she starts basic education and plays an important role in the later lives of children. It is important to continue its development in a healthy environment at a young age. With the developments in early childhood, pre-school education is no longer a subject that parents can achieve alone. Besides the importance of pre-school education, our educators who provide this education have some problems. The problems faced by the teachers working in pre-school education institutions and their solutions were tried to be measured. For this purpose, the opinions of preschool teachers working in Çanakkale were taken by interview method. It covers the opinions of the preschool teachers working in the study. The data in the study were collected with the interview form developed by the researcher in the light of the relevant literature. In accordance with the prepared form, interviews were held with the teachers in the preschool institutions in Çanakkale. The results of the research were determined according to the sub-problems of the research.
