Özet
Sosyal bilgiler öğretmenlerinin uzaktan eğitimde ders işleme sürecinde, öğrencilerle etkileşimde ve okul yönetimi ile ilişkilerinde yaşadıkları sorunların tespit edilerek giderilmesine ilişkin sonuç ve önerilerin ortaya konulması önem arz etmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı sosyal bilgiler öğretmenlerinin uzaktan eğitim sürecinde yaşadıkları sorunları ve çözüm önerilerini değerlendirmektir. Araştırma, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden birisi olan durum çalışması modeliyle yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 26’sı erkek, 2’si kadın olmak üzere 28 sosyal bilgiler öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma grubunun belirlenmesinde amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden olan ölçüt örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında altı sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Görüşme formu salgın sürecinin devam etmesinden dolayı çevrim içi ortamda hazırlanıp öğretmenlere sunulmuştur. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde içerik analizi tekniği kullanılarak öğretmen görüşleri kod ve temalara ayrılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları sonucunda öğretmenlerin; teknolojik altyapıdan kaynaklı teknik sorunlar yaşadıkları, sorunlara çevrim içi uygulamalardan faydalanarak çözüm üretmeye çalıştıkları belirlenmiştir. Öğretmenlere göre öğrencilerin internet erişimden dolayı sorun yaşadıkları, yaşadıkları sorunlarda çevre ve veli ilişkilerine başvurdukları belirtilmiştir. Ayrıca okul yönetimlerinin uzaktan eğitim sürecini iyi yönetemediklerinden dolayı sorun öğretmenlerin yaşadıkları ve okul yönetimlerine karşı uzlaşmacı çözümler ürettikleri sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları sonucunda uzaktan eğitime yönelik teknolojik altyapının geliştirilmesi, ölçme-değerlendirme faaliyetlerinin etkili olarak yerine getirilmesi, okul yöneticilerine kriz odaklı çözüm üretmelerine yönelik eğitim verilmesi gibi öneriler sunulmaktadır.

Abstract
It is important to reveal the results and suggestions about the problems that social studies teachers experience in the process of teaching in distance education, in interaction with students and in their relations with the school administration. The aim of this research is to evaluate the problems and solution proposals of social studies teachers during the distance education process. The research was carried out with the case study model, which is one of the qualitative research methods. The study group of the research consists of 28 social studies teachers, 26 of whom are male and 2 are female. The criterion sampling method, which is one of the purposeful sampling methods, was used to determine the study group. A semi-structured interview form consisting of six questions was used to collect the data. The interview form was prepared online and presented to the teachers due to the ongoing epidemic process. In the analysis of the obtained data, the opinions of the teachers were divided into codes and themes by using the content analysis technique. As a result of the research findings, teachers; It has been determined that they are experiencing technical problems arising from the technological infrastructure and that they are trying to produce solutions by making use of online applications. According to the teachers, it was stated that the students had problems due to internet access, and they applied to the environment and parent relations for the problems they experienced. In addition, it has been concluded that since the school administrations cannot manage the distance education process well, the teachers have problems and they produce conciliatory solutions against the school administrations. As a result of the research findings, suggestions such as developing the technological infrastructure for distance education, carrying out measurement-evaluation activities effectively, training school administrators to produce crisis-oriented solutions are presented.
