Özet
Küreselleşme ile birlikte dünyada; siyasi, sosyal, ekonomik, kültürel alanlarda yaşanan hızlı değişimlere rağmen; toplumsal yaşamın en temel kurumu aile önemini ve varlığını sürdürmeye devam etmektedir. Aile, bireylerin içerisinde bulunduğu ilk sosyalleşme aracıdır. Toplumun önemli bir kurumu olan ailenin, ekonomi kurumu içerisinde yeri oldukça fazladır. Tüketim üzerinde önemli bir etkiye sahip olan hane halkları, ekonomiye katkı sağlamaktadır. Çocuğun da aile içerisinde yer alması ile oluşan çekirdek aile yeni bir ekonomik sistem oluşturur. Her aile gelenek, değer, inanç ve kültürleri ile var olur. Aile kurumu gelişen bilgi iletişim araçları ile küreselleşmeye ayak uydurarak alışkanlıklarını geliştirir. Aile toplumun temelidir sloganı ile yola çıktığımız bu çalışmada; aile ekonomisi politikaları, ailenin geçmişten günümüze meydana gelen değişim, dönüşüm ve gelişmeleri incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda; sosyal devlet anlayışı çerçevesinde aileler açısından zararlı olma potansiyeli taşıyan veya sonuçları zararlı olabilecek politikaları kontrol altına almak, aile ve aile üyelerini ve özellikle çocukları olumsuz etkileyecek durumlara karşı koymak, aile içi ilişkileri ilgilendiren sorunları gidermek, ailelerin kendi kendine yardım yeteneklerini geliştirmek ve aile fonksiyonlarının yerine ikame edebilecek veya aileyi destekleyecek türde önlemler almanın hane halklarına yönelik politikaların temelini oluşturduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
Despite the rapid changes in the political, social, economic, and cultural fields in the world with globalization, the family, the most fundamental institution of social life, continues to maintain its importance and existence. The family is the first socialization tool in which individuals are involved. The family, which is an important institution of society, has a lot of place in the economic institution. Households, which have a significant impact on consumption, contribute to the economy. The nuclear family, which is formed with the child's participation in the family, creates a new economic system. Every family exists with their traditions, values, beliefs, and cultures. The family institution develops its habits by keeping up with globalization with the developing information communication tools. In this study, which we set out with the motto "Family is the foundation of society"; family economy policies, the changes, transformations, and developments of the family from past to present have been examined. In this context; within the framework of the social state understanding, to control policies that have the potential to be harmful to families or whose consequences may be harmful, to resist situations that may adversely affect family and family members and especially children, to solve problems related to family relations, to improve families' self-help abilities and to replace family functions it has been concluded that taking measures to support the family or to support the family forms the basis of policies for households.
