Abstract


OKUL ÖNCESİ EĞİTİM KURUMLARINDA GÖREV YAPAN ÖĞRETMENLERİN KARŞILAŞTIKLARI SORUNLAR VE ÇÖZÜM ÖNERİLERİ
Preschool education, which constitutes the first step of education, is the first step of life and these steps must be climbed correctly. This period is seen as a period in which the child has a high learning potential for researchers. Children who grow up in appropriate physical and social environmental conditions and in a healthy interaction environment show a faster and more successful development. It is a process in which the child's physical, psychomotor, social-emotional, mental and language developments are completed to a large extent, the personality is shaped and the child constantly changes, covering the years from the day the child is born to the day he/she starts basic education and plays an important role in the later lives of children. It is important to continue its development in a healthy environment at a young age. With the developments in early childhood, pre-school education is no longer a subject that parents can achieve alone. Besides the importance of pre-school education, our educators who provide this education have some problems. The problems faced by the teachers working in pre-school education institutions and their solutions were tried to be measured. For this purpose, the opinions of preschool teachers working in Çanakkale were taken by interview method. It covers the opinions of the preschool teachers working in the study. The data in the study were collected with the interview form developed by the researcher in the light of the relevant literature. In accordance with the prepared form, interviews were held with the teachers in the preschool institutions in Çanakkale. The results of the research were determined according to the sub-problems of the research.
