Abstract


KARİYER PLANLAMASI VE PERSONEL STRESİ ETKİLEŞİMİ ARAŞTIRMASI: BİR SANAYİ İŞLETMESİ ÖRNEĞİ
While career planning, which is handled in an individual and organizational context, is defined as the process of determining the goals and tools in this field by determining a roadmap related to the career of the person in the organization; Stress can be defined as fears and concerns about the work processes of the personnel in the institution or their position in the organization. This study, named “Career Planning and Personnel Stress Interaction Research: An Industrial Enterprise Example”, applied the scale used by Kalafat, Yıldırım, Taşmektepligil and Üzüm to 212 of 245 full-time employees of an industrial enterprise producing milling machines in Konya Organized Industrial Zone. it is suitable for exploratory factor analysis; It was observed that there was a significant relationship between career planning measurement data and employee stress (p<0.01).
