Abstract
A GENERAL OVERVİEW OF PROPERTY RİGHTS VİOLATİONS ARİSİNG FROM EXPROPRİATİON İN LİGHT OF RECENT CONSTİTUTİONAL COURT DECİSİONS
The aim of this study is to evaluate applications submitted to the Constitutional Court through individual application, based on allegations of violations of the right to property, specifically within the context of expropriation. Decisions rendered by the Constitutional Court within approximately the last two years from the date of this study have been examined, and the reasoning behind judgments finding a violation or declaring the application inadmissible has been analyzed. In this way, the Court’s perspective on the matter has been summarized.
