Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı ters-yüz öğrenme modeline dayalı öğretim programının, geleneksel öğretime kıyasla etkinliğinin sınanmasıdır. Araştırmada bu etkiyi tespit etmek amacıyla Öntest-Sontest kontrol gruplu deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2016-2017 eğitim-öğretim yılı bahar yarıyılı, Karadeniz Teknik Üniversitesi Müzik Eğitimi Programı I. II. III. ve IV. sınıflarda öğrenim gören 30 bireysel çalgı flüt eğitimi öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma grubu, seviyelerine göre denklikleri göz önünde bulundurularak başlangıç (n: 10), orta (n: 10) ve ileri (n: 10) olmak üzere üç gruptan oluşturulmuştur. Bu açıdan çalışma grubunu oluşturan öğrencilerin seçiminde amaçlı örnekleme (Purposive Sampling) yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu örnekleme yöntemin kullanılmasında gözetilen durum da, uygulamanın başlangıç, orta ve ileri seviyelerdeki öğrencilere yönelik etkisinin belirlenmek istenmesidir. Ardından deney ve kontrol grupları, başlangıç deney (n:5), kontrol (n:5); orta deney (n:5), kontrol (n: 5) ve ileri deney (n:5), kontrol (n:5) olmak üzere yansız atama yöntemiyle oluşturulmuştur. Deney ve kontrol gruplarının denkliğini incelemek amacıyla iki gruba da uygulanan öntestlerden de faydalanılmış ve deney ve kontrol gruplarının seviyelerinin denk olduğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın veri toplama aracı “Akademik Başarı Testi” dir. Araştırmada parametrik olmayan Mann Whitney-U ve Wilcoxon İşaretli Sıralar testleri uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre; deney grubu öğrencilerinin akademik başarısı, kontrol grubu öğrencilerine göre anlamlı bir artış göstermiştir.

Abstract
The purpose of study is to test the efficacy of the teaching program based on flipped learning model compared to the traditional teaching. The pretest and posttest control group experimental pattern was used in the research to determine this effect. The study group consists of 30 students from Black Sea Technical University Music Education Program in 2016-2017 academic years. The Study Group was divided into three groups based on their levels; as the starter (n:10), intermediate (n:10) and advanced (n:10) level groups. In this respect, the Purposive Sampling method was used in the selection of the students to be included in the study group. The reason for the use of the purposive sampling method was to determine the effect of the practice on the starter, intermediate, and advanced level students. Then, by using the unbiased allocation method, the experimental and control groups were formed as the starter experimental (n: 5), control (n: 5); intermediate experimental (n: 5), control (n: 5) and advanced experimental (n: 5) and control (n: 5) groups. The pretests applied to both groups in order to study the equivalence of the experimental and control groups and the levels of the experimental and control groups were found to be equivalent. Data collection tool of the research is “Academic Success Test" In the research, the non-parametric Mann Whitney-U and Wilcoxon Signed Rank tests were applied. According to the results of the study; the control group students' academic success displayed a significant increase compared to the experimental group students.
