Özet
Bu makalede, çağdaş dönem alim ve mütefekkirlerinden, ilim dünyasına değişik alanlarda çok sayıda eser kazandırmış, Suriye’li Abdurrahman Hasan Habenneke el-Meydânî’nin nüzul sırasına göre telif ettiği Meâricü’t-Tefekkür ve Dekâikü’t-Tedebbür isimli tefsiri ele alınmıştır. Bu kıymetli çalışmanın tefsir alanındaki yerine ve önemine ilişkin bilgi verilerek, alana katkısı ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.Meâricü’t-Tefekkür, müellifin daha önce Kur’an’ı anlama yöntemleri kapsamında tespit etmiş olduğu “kırk kuralı”n uygulama alanı olması bakımından dikkate değer bir özellik taşımaktadır. Tefsir, Mekkî sûrelerle sınırlı ve yarım kalmış bir çalışma olup “nüzul sırasına göre tefsir” yaklaşımı çerçevesinde telif edilmiştir. Eser özellikle bu yönü merkeze alınarak makalemizde değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuştur. Eserin özgün yönünü, nüzul sırasına göre (kronolojik) hazırlanmış olmasının yanında, tematik ve çağdaş bilimin verileriyle tefsir yaklaşımı taşıması teşkil etmektedir.Müellifin çağdaş bilimin verilerinden yararlanarak âyetleri açıklamaya çalıştığı, yorumlarında uzmanı olmadığı alanlara dalmaktan çekinmediği, konuları geniş şekilde ele alarak olaylardan hikmet arayan değerlendirmeler yaptığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca ele aldığı konularda günlük hayattaki hataları belirterek yol gösterici değerlendirmelerde bulunması ve âyetleri davetçiye mesaj olarak algılayarak değerlendirmelerde bulunması dikkat çekmektedir.

Abstract
Inthisarticle, the commentary named as "Meâricu’t-Tefekkur ve Dekâiku’t-Tedebbur" which is compiled by the modern period thinker who authored too many works in different areas to thescience World the Syrianscientist Abdurrahman Hasan Habenneke el-Meydânî according to the chronological order is examined By giving information about th eimportance and the place of this preciouswork, it’s contribution to the area is tried to betray. Meâricu’t-Tefekkur ve Dekâiku’t-Tedebbur" has a significant feature with regard to be the applying area of the "fortyrules" which the author confirmed before with in the framework of the techniques of understanding the Quran. Thecommentary, being a half remained and limited by the meccansuras compiled with in the framework of ‘the commentary acoording to the chronological order’ approach. The work taken to the evaluation in our article especially by centering this aspect. The unique aspect of the work, beside that the work prepared according to the order (chronologic), consitutes by the approach of the commentary with the thematic and the data of the modern science. It is established that the author, not hesitates toplungein to the areas that he is not an expert in his comments, tries to explain the verses by benefitting from the datas of the modern science, searching forthe wisdom at the events by handling the subjects widely makese valuations. Furthermore it takes attention that making evaluations by perceiving the verses as a message to the inviter and making guiding evaluations by determining the faults in a daily life at the subjects that he handles.
