Özet
Bu makalenin amacı, program geliştirme açısından Din, Ahlak ve Değerler Alanı Seçmeli Dersleri'ni incelemektir. İncelememiz, tecrübelerini anlamak ve derslerin verimliliğine dair önerilerini almak üzere derslerin öğretmenlerinin görüşlerine dayanmaktadır. Araştırmamız kapsamında 26 Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi öğretmeniyle mülakat gerçekleştirilmiştir. Mülakat soruları, öğretmenlerin görüşlerini program geliştirmenin unsurlarına göre incelemek üzere yapılandırılmıştır. Bu araştırma ile derslerin öğretmenlerinin tecrübeleri de göz önünde bulundurularak, uygulamada karşılaşılan problemlerin çözümüne yönelik öneriler getirmeyi de hedeflemekteyiz.

Abstract
The aim of this article is to examine the problems which encountered in the Religion, Morals and Values Field Elective Courses from approach of development of educational program. Our examination is depending on opinions of teachers of the courses to understand their experiences in the classes and to get suggestions from them about the efficiency of the courses. For our research we had interview with 26 teachers of Culture of Religion and Knowledge of Moral classes. Questions of interview are structured to examine opinions of the teachers according to components of development of educational program. By this research, we also aimed to suggest solutions for problems which encountered in practice considering experiences of the teachers of the courses.
