Özet
Arap dilinde rubbe / رُبَّ edatı farlı anlamlara gelebilen nadir edatlardandır. Bu edatın manası, cümle içerisinde farklı anlamlara gelip gelmediği, isim-fiil-harf kategorisinde hangisine dahil olduğu, îrâbının nasıl yapılması gerektiği ve delâletinin nasıl şekillendiği vs. Arap dili kitaplarında tartışılmıştır. Çalışmamızda Filibeli Halil Fevzi’nin Hâşiyetü’l-Cedîde isimli eserinde bu edatın kullanımı, ele alınmış ve onun kitabının hâşiyesinde yer verdiği Arap Dilbilimci ve Belâğatçıların bu edat hakkındaki kanaatlerine yer verilmiş ve konu hakkında genel bir izlenim oluşturulmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada ayrıca “rubbe” kelimesi çerçevesinde ön plana çıkan en önemli özellikler ve farklı görüşler serdedilmesidir. Filibeli, öncelikle konuyla ilgili ittifak ve ihtilaflı bazı görüşleri ön plana çıkararak konu hakkında genel bir çerçeve çizmiş ve yer yer kendi kanaatlerini de ifade etmiştir. Bu yaklaşımının temel sebebi; bir kısım Dilbilimci ve Belâğatçıların “rubbe” kelimesinin hangi manalara geldiğini tespit ederek, Kur’ân’ın üslup ve i’câzı minvalinde rubbe’nin farklı manalarını gün yüzüne çıkarmak için gayret sarf etmesidir. Bundan dolayı Filibeli, yer yer ayet ve şiirlerden örnekler vererek tahlillerde bulunmakta ve açıklama yöntemini kullanmaktadır. Başka bir açıdan değerlendirildiğinde Filibeli başta olmak üzere bazı Dilbilimci ve Belâğatçıların konunun netleşmesi için çaba sarf etmeleri, Arap Dili ve Belâğat ilminin önemini ortaya koymaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı; Dilbilimcilerin görüşleri doğrultusunda rubbe / رُبَّ kelimesinin ne anlama geldiği, kullanıldığı cümle içerisinde farklı anlamlarının olup olmadığının yanında diğer kelimelerle olan ilişkisi, îrâbının ve delâletinin nasıl oluştuğu konuları çerçevesinde bir fikir oluşturabilmek ve tespit edilen hipotezleri açığa çıkarmaktır.

Abstract
The preposition rubbe / رُبَّ is one of the few prepositions in Arabic that can have many meanings. Arabic grammar books have analyzed the meaning of this preposition; whether it has various meanings in a sentence, which category it falls under in the noun-verb-letter category, how it should be translated, how its meaning is formed, etc. The use of this preposition in Filibeli Halil Fevzi's work titled Hasiyetul’l-Cedide has been discussed in our study, as have the opinions of Arab Linguists and Rhetoricians about this preposition, which he included in his book's commentary, and a general impression about the subject has been attempted to be created. The study also highlights the most important aspects of the word "rubbe" and presents various viewpoints. Filibeli first creates a general framework for the subject by highlighting some of the agreed and disputed views on the subject, and he occasionally expresses his own opinions. The fundamental reason for this approach is that some linguists and rhetoricians have attempted to discover the meanings of the word "rubba," as well as to unveil the various meanings of rubba in the context of the style and discourse of the Qur'an. Consequently, Filibeli makes occasional analysis by citing verses and poems as examples and employs the method of explanation. From a different perspective, the fact that some linguists and rhetoricians—in particular Filibeli—attempted to shed light on the matter demonstrates the significance of Arabic Language and Rhetoric. The present study aimed to determine what the word rubba / رُبَّ means based on the opinions of linguists, whether it has different meanings depending on the context in which it is used, its connotations with other words, its grammatical structure, and how its meaning is formed, as well as to reveal the hypotheses identified.
