Özet
Bu çalışmada öğretmenlerin gözünden görev yaptıkları okul müdürlerinin eğitim programı liderliği davranışlarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın evreni Ordu ili Ünye ilçesinde bulunan resmi ilkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapmakta olan öğretmenlerden meydana gelmektedir. Çalışmaya kolay ulaşılabilir örnekleme yöntemi ile ulaşılan 211 öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Bayırlı ve Balcı (2021) tarafından geliştirilen 24 madde ve 3 alt boyuttan meydana gelen Okul Müdürlerinin Eğitim Programı Liderliği araştırmacı tarafından gerekli izinler alınarak kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin Cronbach ⍺ iç tutarlılık katsayısı 0,96 olarak belirtilmiştir. Çalışmaya katılan öğretmenlerin algılarına görev yaptıkları okul müdürlerinin eğitim programı liderlikleri “çoğu zaman” düzeyinde olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Demografik değişkenlere göre farklılaşmaların incelenmesinde t testi ve varyans analizi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sürecinde gerçekleştirilen analizlere göre katılımcı öğretmenlerin cinsiyet, medeni durum, eğitim seviyesi ve mesleki kıdem değişkenleri bağlamında okul yöneticilerinin eğitim programı liderliği düzeylerinin anlamlı bir farklılaşma göstermediği bulgusu elde edilmiştir. Eğitim programı liderliği ve tüm alt boyutlarda görev yapılan okul türü değişkenine bağlı istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılaşma olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca eğitim programı kontrolü alt boyutunda cinsiyet ve mesleki kıdem değişkenlerinde anlamlı farklılaşma olduğu görülmüştür.

Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to examine the curriculum leadership behaviors of the school principals they work with from the eyes of the teachers. The universe of the study consists of teachers who work in official primary, secondary and high schools in Ünye district of Ordu province. 211 teachers, who were reached by the easily accessible sampling method, participated in the study. As a data collection tool in the research, School Principals' Curriculum Leadership, consisting of 24 items and 3 sub-dimensions, developed by Bayırlı and Balcı (2021), was used by the researcher after obtaining necessary permissions. It has been found that the perceptions of the teachers participating in the study are "most of the time" the curriculum leadership of the school principals they work with. T-test and analysis of variance methods were used to analyze the differences according to demographic variables. According to the analyzes carried out during the research process, it was found that the educational program leadership levels of school administrators did not show a significant difference in the context of the variables of gender, marital status, education level and professional seniority of the participating teachers, but it was observed that there was no significant difference depending on the school type variable. It was found that there was a statistically significant difference depending on the educational program leadership and the type of school in all sub-dimensions. In addition, it was observed that there was a significant difference in the variables of gender and professional seniority in the curriculum control sub-dimension.
