Özet
Bu araştırma ile okul öncesi eğitim sürecinde öğretmen ile ailenin iletişim durumunu ve öğretmenlerin aileler ile yaşadıkları iletişim problemlerini belirlemek amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Ankara ili Etimesgut ilçesinde kamu okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan 10 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma grubuna dahil olan öğretmenler gönüllüler arasından ve kolay ulaşılabilir örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenmiştir. Öğretmenlere araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulmuş 6 açık uçlu soru sorudan oluşan görüşme formu uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri betimsel analiz yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularından elde edilen sonuçlar şunlardır: Öğretmen görüşlerine göre okul öncesi öğretmenleri ile velileri arasında yaşanılan iletişim problemleri kategorilere ayrıldığında; “ailenin çevresinden kaynaklanan problemler” kategorisinde en çok eğitimsiz akrabalardan kaynaklı sorunlar olduğu, “ailenin” ekonomik durumdan kaynaklı problemler” kategorisinde en çok materyal temininden kaynaklı iletişim problemleri olduğu, “okulun fiziki şartlardan kaynaklanan problemler” kategorisinde en çok okulun temizlik yetersizliğinden kaynaklı sorunlar olduğu, “annenin çalışma durumu” kategorisinde en çok çalışan anneler ile sık görüşülememesinden kaynaklı sorunlar olduğu, “aile eğitim düzeyi” kategorisinde ise en çok ailenin bilinçsizliğinden kaynaklı sorunlar olduğu sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
With this research, it is aimed to determine the communication status of the teacher and the family during the preschool education process and the communication problems that teachers experience with families. The study group of the research consists of 10 teachers working in public preschool educational institutions in Etimesgut district of Ankara province in the 2021-2022 academic year. The teachers included in the study group were determined from among the volunteers and with an easily accessible sampling method. An interview form consisting of 6 open-ended questions created by the researcher was applied to the teachers. The data of the research were analyzed by descriptive analysis method. According to the teacher's opinion, when the communication problems between preschool teachers and parents are divided into categories, the category "problems arising from the family's environment" has the most problems with uneducated relatives, the category "problems from the economic situation" has the most communication problems in the category, in the category “problems arising from the physical conditions of the school”, the results of problems with the school’s lack of cleanliness and problems with the most working mothers in the category “mother’s working condition” and problems with the category “family education level” are the most related to the family’s lack of consciousness.
