Özet
This study aimed to investigate the degree of parents satisfaction with educational services and pedagogical in the schools of the Azraq refugee camp in jordan, and to study the impact of both the gender and grade variable , and to achieve this, a questionnaire was prepared and indications of validity and reliability were extracted formulated in the form of a scale consisting of 27items distributed into 5 . it’s the social, academic , psychological , learning environment, and teacher adequacy the study sample consisted of n=300 distributed according to the available sample on the variable of gender and grade, and the results indicated that parents have a high degree of satisfaction with the educational services provided by Azraq camp schools, and that the academic dimension came first , followed by the social dimension, and the psychological dimension came in order. The third , while it came after the educational environment , ranked fourth and after the teacher sufficiency , it ranked last. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable and were in favor of meals, and it was found that are differences in the arithmetic averages between the parents of students according to the class variable of the study members. Results also indicate that there are no statistically significant differences between parents of students for the rest the class group in the degree of satisfaction with the services provided in the Azraq camp for Syrian refugees. The study recommended conducting similar studies on educational and apedagogica services in the camps in Jordan, such as Zaatari camp and Mraijeeb Al Fhood camp.
