Özet
Bu makalemizde Osmanlı döneminin meşhur fıkıh ve usulü fıkıh alimi olan Molla Hüsrev’in “Mir'atü'l-Usûl fi Şerhi Mirkâti'l-Vusûl” isimli eseri özelinde Hadis ve Sünnet anlayışını incelemeye çalıştık. Konuyu incelerken kısaca hayatı, ilmi kişiliği ve eserlerine değindikten sonra genel olarak hadis ve sünnet kavramlarını sonra da Molla Hüsrev’in hadis ve sünnet anlayışı başlığı altında onun hadis ve sünnet tanımlarını, hadisin ittisali, ravide aranan şartlar, hangi ravinin rivayetinin kabul edilip hangilerinkinin kabul edilemeyeceğini, hadisin inkıtaını, haber-i vahidin kabulü için öngörülen şartları, haberi vahidin hangi durumlarda huccet olabileceğini, bilgi değeri açısından haberin kısımlarını, hadisin öğrenim ve öğretim metotlarını, manen rivayetin hangi durumlarda caiz olacağını, nesih konusunu, Rasûlullah’ın fiil ve takrirlerini, şeru men kablenâ’nın delil olup olmayacağını ve sahabe kavliyle tabiun fetvalarından nasıl bahsettiğini tespitlerimiz doğrultusunda kısa da olsa incelemeye çalıştık. Her ne kadar onun hadis ve sünnetle alakalı müstakil bir eseri olmasa da hadis ve sünnet ilmine vukufiyyetini ve bu alandaki donanımına Mirâtü’l-Usûl adlı eserinin sünnet bölümünü inceleyerek belli ölçüde vakıf olmuş bulunuyoruz.

Abstract
In this article, we try to analyse the understanding of the Prophet Muhammad sayins, hadıth and circumcision peculiar to the book "Mir'atü'l-Usul fi Şerhi Mirkatü'l-Vusul" by Mullah Husrev who was very popular in ottoman times on the canon jurispudence of Islam. While analysing, first we shortly mention about his life, his scientific individuality and his products, then we generally mention about the Prophet Muhammad sayings, hadıth and circumcision. And then undet the title of "Mullah Husrev's understanding of the Prophet Muhammad sayings, hadıth and circumcision", we analyse his understanding of the Prophet Muhammad sayings, hadıth and circumcision, the common result of the Prophet Muhammad sayings, hadıth, the conditions of how conveyer should be, which conveyer's narrated will be accepted and which conveyer's narrated won't be, unspecified the Prophet Muhammad sayings, hadıth and circumcision, stipulated requirements for accepting " haber-i vahid ", in which circumstances haber-i vahid will be an evidence, depending on the worth of information and the part of the news, the learning and teaching methods of the Prophet Muhammad sayings, hadıth and circumcision, in which circumstances the spiritual narrative will be allowed. The last one is nesih (copy). We analyse what Prophet Muhammad did, whether "Şer-u men kablena " couldbe counted as an evidence or not and juridical decisions given by the affiliates who gave this decisions depending on the sensations from companians. Although he didn't write a product just for the Prophet Muhammad sayings, hadıth and circumcision, we understand that he is dominant over the Prophet Muhammad sayings, hadıth, circumcision and we witnessed his rigging on these.
