Özet
Diller, Dil Güvenliği ve Kimliğinin Korunması
Eski dil tanımları dilin sadece bir iletişim aracı olmasından bahseder ancak lisanın bundan çok daha büyük bir vazifesi vardır. Dil, kültürü taşıyan bir kalıptır. Bir devletin istikrarı ve bekası için toplumsal kimlik çok önemlidir. Kültür ise bu kimliğin korunması için vazgeçilmezdir. Dil toplumsal kimliği koruyacak olan kültürün taşıyıcısı olduğu için devletin bekasını isteyen hükümetler tarafından dil güvenliğine önem verilmesi gerekir. Bu ihtiyaç dil güvenliği terimini doğurmuştur.
Söz yahut lisan bu kültürü ifade etmek ve kimliğini ortaya koymak için bir araçtır. Ayrıca dil devletin toplumsal güvenliğine tesir eden en önemli amillerdendir.
Toplumsal güvenlik devletin dilinde, kültürel mirasında ve fikriyatında ortaya çıkar. Ve bu güvenliğe ihtimam göstermemek ülkenin istikrarına zarar verir. Bu sebeple hükümetler devletin istikrarını; ve bir vazifesi de cemiyetin fertlerini, dillerini fikirlerini ve dolayısıyla kimliklerini tehdit eden tehlikelerden korumak olan hüviyetlerini muhafaza etmek için dillere önem verirler. İşte bu noktada devletin bekası ve istikrarı için en önemli unsurlardan biri olan dil güvenliği terimi akla geliyor. Dil güvenliği devletin istikrarını ve kimliğini muhafaza için çok önemli olan kültürel mirasını koruyabilme gücünü temsil ediyor.
Araştırma önsöz ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Önsözde en önemli terimler, kelimeler olarak tanıtılmıştır. Birinci bölümde; dil güvenliğinin korunması ve yabancı dil öğrenmenin faydaları dillerdir önermesi bir aracı olarak gösterilmektedir. İkinci bölümde ise, dilin yeterliliği ve insanların kimliğini koruma görevi ayrıca dillerin güçlü ve zayıf yönleri anlatılmaktadır.
Sonuç kısmında, ulaşılan bulgulara yer verilmektedir. Ana dile hâkimiyette kültürün önemi, toplumun fertlerine kimliğin istikrarında düşen önemli bir rol ve dil güvenliğini sağlamak bu bulgulardan bazılarıdır.
Ondan sonra diğer dilleri öğrenmek, yabancı dil öğrenmek başkalarının kültürünü tanımak ve farkındalığı artırmak için önemlidir. Diller sadece dil belgesinden ve sanat üslubundan ibaret değildir. Belki de en önemlisi; dilin, bireylerin kimliğini nasıl ifade ettiği ve nasıl güvenliğini sağladığıdır.

Abstract
Languages, Language Security and Identity Protection
Language definitions refer to the fact that language is only a means of communication, However, the function of languages goes beyond this; Languages are the container of culture, And speech is the means to express this culture and thus the expression of identity, Therefore, language is one of the most important factors that can affect the social security of the state, Social identity is also very important for the stability and survival of the state, And culture is indispensable for protecting this identity, Because language is the carrier of a culture that protects social identity, linguistic security must be given importance by governments that want the survival of the state, This has led to the emergence of the term linguistic security. Language is a tool for expressing and revealing culture, Moreover, language is one of the most important factors affecting the social security of the state, Social security is the language, culture, heritage and thought of the state. Ignoring this security will harm the stability of the country, therefore, Governments are interested in languages to ensure the stability of the state and to preserve its identity, Because this would keep members of society from threats to their language and thus their identity, Thus, the term linguistic security came to express one of the most important elements of security that maintain the stability of the state and its identity.
The plan consists of a preamble and two sections; The introduction contains a definition of the most important terms linguistically and idiomatic, The first section talks about languages as a means of maintaining language security and the benefits of learning foreign languages, The second section deals with language proficiency and its importance in preserving the identity of individuals. The strengths and weaknesses of languages, And the finale Contains the most important results that the mastery of the mother tongue has cultural significance and its role in the stability of identity among members of the community and the maintenance of linguistic security, and then can learn other languages because they are important in knowing the culture of others and raising awareness, Language is not only aesthetic rules and aspects of style, but perhaps more importantly what it expresses in terms of individual identity and linguistic security.
