Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretiminde, not alarak dinleme etkinliklerinin dinlediğini anlama üzerindeki etkisini saptamaktır. Çalışmada tek grup ön test-son test düzenekli deneysel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın araştırma grubunu Adana Bilim ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi TÖMER’de “Suriye İçin İleri Düzey Türkçe Eğitimi” programı kapsamında B2 düzeyinde eğitim gören, 18 Suriyeli öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın uygulama aşamasında öğrencilere 5 hafta boyunca, haftada iki gün not alarak dinleme etkinlikleri uygulanmıştır. Öğrencilerden, etkinlikten önce ilgili soruları okumaları, dinleme amacını belirlemeleri; etkinlik sırasında önemli yerlere dikkat etmeleri, dinlerken not almaları istenmiştir. Dinlediğini anlama becerisini ölçmek amacıyla ön test ve son test hazırlanırken “Diller İçin Avrupa Ortak Öneriler Çerçevesi”nden yararlanılmış, aynı zamanda uzman görüşüne başvurulmuştur. Ön test ve son test arasındaki ilişki, ilişkili örneklemler için t testiyle analiz edilmiş, çalışmanın bulguları tablolar aracılığıyla yorumlanmıştır. Çalışmada dinleme eğitiminde not alarak dinleme türünü kullanmanın dinlediğini anlama başarısı üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the effect of not-taking listening activities on the understanding in Turkish language teaching as a foreign language. In the study, a single group pre-test-post-test experimental research method was used. The research group of the study is composed of 18 students who are studying at the B2 level within the scope of the program "Advanced Turkish for Syrias" at the Adana Science and Technology TÖMER. During the application phase of the study, students were given not-taking listening activities for five weeks. Students are asked to read related questions before the event, to determine the purpose of listening, to focus their attention on the subject and to takes notes while listening. Pre-tests and post-tests were prepared to measure listening and understanding skills. For this purpose, "Common Suggestions Framework for Languages" was used. At the same time, expert opinion was consulted. The relationship between pretest and posttest was analyzed by t test for related samples. The following result was reached in the study: Not-taking listening has a significant effect on listening and understanding skills.
