Abstract
AN EXAMPLE OF COMMİCATION GAP BETWEEN CENTRAL AND LOCAL IN THE REPUBLICAN ERA: SASON REBELLION
Sason is an area that has been a problem for the government of the Republic of the Ottoman Empire. Şeyh Said rebellion, especially with the Republican Era has begun to show itself again, the Armenians had taken the place of some Kurdish tribes, as seen in this case. In republican era, the geographical structure and act independently of the authority vacuum advantage of some tribes in the region has brought some problems. Rebellion in the region despite all the measures brought into the government's failing to prevent, Sason prohibited areas troubling tribes were forced westward migration. The government, besides the military measures of economic, administrative and public in his work with tried to authority facilities in the area and had begun to develop public relations in the region.
