Abstract


TEACHER-FAMILY COOPERATION IN PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS EXPERIENCED BY TEACHERS WITH PARENTS: AN EXAMPLE OF THE ETIMESGUT DISTRICT OF ANKARA PROVINCE
Preschool education teachers in the process of cooperation of the teachers and parents identify their communication with families through the status and problems in the business year 2021-2022 research that aims to teacher opinions Ankara-Etimesgut district in preschool education institutions with the participation of preschool teachers serving in public 10 was carried out. A semi-structured interview form consisting of 5 questions prepared by the researcher was applied to the study group. The data obtained from the study group were analyzed by the descriptive analysis method. As a result of the results of the research, the results obtained were compared with the relevant field data and discussed, and some suggestions were made for the identified problems. The results obtained in the study are as follows: The cooperation of parents with the teacher positively affects the motivation of the teacher. Teachers have the most communication problems caused by lack of cooperation with their parents. Parent-based communication problems are most often caused by teacher and educational biases, while teacher-based communication problems are caused by misunderstandings.
