Abstract


SOSYAL BİLGİLER ÖĞRETİM PROGRAMINDA YER ALAN OKURYAZARLIK BECERİLERİ KAPSAMINDA GERÇEKLEŞTİRİLEN LİSANSÜSTÜ EĞİTİM TEZLERİNE İLİŞKİN BİR İNCELEME
In this research, it is aimed to examine the postgraduate theses made in Turkey within the scope of literacy types for Social Studies course in terms of basic research dimensions. In line with the determined purpose, it is aimed to present a different perspective to the researches carried out in our country within the scope of literacy types for social studies. The study population of the research carried out with the document analysis technique consists of a total of 30 theses, 21 of which are master's theses and 9 of which are doctoral theses, which were carried out in Turkey within the scope of literacy types for social studies within the time period from 2010 to 2021. These theses were reached by using the YÖK national thesis scanning center database. Based on the findings reached in the research, it was concluded that the most 11 studies and media literacy followed by map literacy and financial literacy were included as literacy type in the theses examined, followed by 4 studies. When the study groups of the theses within the scope of the research were examined, it was concluded that the social studies teacher candidates were studied the most and that they followed this in their research conducted with students.
