Abstract


EVALUATION OF MUALLIM SAFFET IN THE WEDDING ASSOCIATION FILM IN TERMS OF TEACHER PROFESSION, PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL VALUES-PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND SCHOOL-FAMILY COMMUNITY RELATIONS COMPETENCIES
In order to adapt to the developing and changing world and to reach the modern life level, a good education should be provided in schools. With good education, good education for students, good schools, good schools are needed for good schools. It is also possible to deal with the situation: It is obvious that the quality of schools, education and students will increase thanks to the good teachers who will take part in the national education system. However, the criteria of good should be put forward. These criteria are the teaching occupational competences put forward by the Ministry of National Education. Teachers are the role model of the competences expected by society and parents In this research, it is aimed to evaluate a teacher model in a film by other teachers. Muallim Saffet's character in the Wedding Association film is evaluated in terms of personal and professional values-professional development and school-family community relations competencies, which are two of the 6 teaching proficiency areas In this study, the case study model of qualitative research methods is used. The study group consisted of classroom teachers working in the province of Nevşehir in the 2015-2016 academic year. Criterion sampling method was used as sampling method. In this study, our criterion is that the class teachers followed the Wedding Association I or II without any predictions. In this study, interview and focus group interview technique were used. In the first phase of the study, a theoretical basis was formed by scanning the literature about the subject and a semi-structured interview form was developed by using the literature. The prepared questions are aimed at reaching the answer for the purpose and completed by taking expert opinion. The form consists of two parts. The first part is intended to obtain personal information. The second part is intended for the purpose of the study. The descriptive analysis approach was used to analyze the qualitative data collected in the study. As a result, the teachers were not aware of the fact that the opinion leaders of the society such as reeves, imams and teachers were exposed to false perceptions or understandings and that their values were eroded in general until they entered into such a research process. It is believed that this situation is similar to the teacher profiles of similar series and movies.
